To Learn From (TLF) – Straight Answers to Your Shipping Insurance Questions

Being in the shipping insurance business, we have become well versed in the questions that might be asked. We pretty much have an answer to everything, and if we don’t , we find it for you. We are here to answer your questions regarding packaging, shipping, coverage details, carrier requirements, and anything that has to do with shipping insurance and your business. However, sometimes we get some questions that make us do a double take. They either fall into the category of questions that:
(1) Have an obvious answer
(2) Are unique and one-of-a kind situations
(3) Should have never been asked in the first place.
We do follow the old adage “There is no such thing as stupid question” so category (1) and (2) are welcome. It is category (3) that interests us. Most of these questions fall under common sense but the professional packers and shippers that insure with Shipsurance should already know these answers. That being said, we never want to take these questions for granted and want to share them with you in a series that we are calling “To Learn From”, or “TLF” for short.
