Lost Packages to Israel

Not only are shipments to Brazil having delays or losses, but shipments to Israel are catching up to them. We are seeing many delays and claims of non receipt for packages shipped to Israel.

Remember, First Class mail has limited tracking and sometimes having tracking makes a difference between a lost package and a delayed package.

  • In this month, I have 2 customer in Isarel claim item not receive and leave me Negative Feedback after I do full refund. Terrible!!!

  • A customer from Israel just contacted me and told me he didn’t receive the package yet after I sent it out 40 days. Honestly I don’t trust him because if I buy anything and don’t receive it after about 2 weeks, I am going to email the seller, not wait over a month to do so. Since I started to sell on ebay, this is the second transaction to Israel, I am going to see if my second customer also claim item not received case or not. I hate to say but I may be have to refuse selling to these 2 countries.

    • Two weeks when it comes to First Class International is a kick in the bucket there are times it doesn’t even leave the country in that time frame Priority Mail can be the same way. I get a lot of emails about a month after it’s shipped and after I’ve calmed them into waiting 45 days they find the item arrives in the next couple of weeks in most occasions. For the ones it doesn’t I start the claim process and go from there. The ones that refuse to wait and go right to eBay/PayPal and escalate the case are the ones I feel have something to hide. Regardless what I think it doesn’t matter cause I simply have no proof and this process is based on the honor system so I have no choice but to believe them and reimburse them or PayPal will do it for me.

  • Attempting to track & trace a priority mailed item from the U. S. A. to Israel the only help i get is that the U.S.P.S. received the package on 25th May 2012.
    hey probably don’t know or care where it went from then on till today.As they don’t tell to whence it was sent or when.
    I’ve tried to follow up several times and continuously get the same reply.
    Not very confident building relationship to their clients.
