New Virtual Spokesperson to Greet Visitors

Sometimes it is tough to convey your products or services. For Shipsurance, we are often misinterpreted as being another shipping carrier. This is the #1 confusion about our service. We are constantly asked “Do we have to ship with you to insure with you?” The answer is NO! We only offer the insurance for your shipments through the shipping carriers.
To help answer this question before it becomes much of a question, we have added an online spokesperson to our website www.shipsurance.com. Visitors to our corporate website are now greeted by a virtual spokesperson who explains the ins and outs about our coverage. We hope that it helps as sometimes details get lost in translation while reading a website.
