USPS to Temporarily Suspend Delivery Confirmation International Service to Some Countries

Due to unsatisfactory performance, the USPS will be suspending Electronic Delivery Confirmation™ (D/C) to a few International destinations. Effective June 12 ,2014, D/C is not available to Brazil, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Italy, Luxembourg, and Portugal.
